Pipeline Framework: Anaesthesia Machines, Ventilator Equipment and Related Accessories

A pipeline has been launched for Anaesthesia Machines, Ventilator Equipment and Related Accessories.The contract start Date is 1 March 2022. Approach to market date is 17 June 2021.NHS Supply Chain seeks to establish a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for the supply to the NHS Supply Chain customer base for Anaesthesia Machines, Ventilator Equipment and Related Accessories but not limited to:Anaethesia Machines;Ventilator Systems; and all related accessories.It is anticipated that the initial expenditure will be in the region of £31 million to £33 million in the first year of this Framework Agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the Framework Agreement. An estimated value for the term of the Framework Agreement (2+2 years) will be in the region of £120 million to £136 millionThis is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
