A pipeline has been launched for At Home Blood Glucose Tolerance Testing.The contract start Date is 1 August 2023. Approach to market date is 17 July 2023.The Authority are seeking to obtain further information in regards to providerswho are able to supply and distribute an at home blood glucose testing device /solution (s) to assist clinical teams to test for Glucose tolerance in hospitalpatients.It is envisaged the Supplier(s) should be responsible for providing thetests, sending the test, recovering the results, reporting the results to clinicalteam(s) and ensuring any questions with the use of the device / solution areanswered directly with the patient.Please provide expressions of interest and information as to your potentialsolution(s) to david.burns1@nhs.netThis is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
