Pipeline Framework: British Council Europe Examinations Contact Centre

A pipeline has been launched for British Council Europe Examinations Contact Centre.The contract start Date is 1 December 2021. Approach to market date is 4 October 2021.The primary objective of this requirement is to find a suitable service provider to manage and run the British Council Examinations Contact Centre to ensure consistency, efficiency, security, integrity, standardisation and scalability in the delivery process across the region. The following countries in the EU region* fall within the first phases of this project:- Austria- Belgium- Croatia- Germany- Lithuania- Netherlands- Slovenia- Switzerland*Other European countries may be included during the contractual lifetime.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
