Pipeline Framework: Brushing For Life Dental Packs

A pipeline has been launched for Brushing For Life Dental Packs.The contract start Date is 28 June 2019. Approach to market date is 03 September 2018.Brushing for Life dental packs are supplied as part of a PHE (Public Health England) supported initiative. They are educational dental packs intended for children of school age. The packs contain a toothpaste, toothbrush and educational leaflet. Precise quantities are unknown. It is anticipated that initial expenditure will be in the region of 43 000 GBP to 55 000 GBP in the first year of this framework agreement, however this is approximate only and the values may vary depending on the requirements of those bodies purchasing under the frameworkagreement. The estimated value over the total Framework Agreement term (including any extension options) is 220 000 GBP. The purpose of this notice is to draw attention to a procurement that NHS supply chain intends to commence during the subsequent 12 months. The invitation to tender will be the subject of a separate notice and it is that notice to which potential suppliers will need to respond at the appropriate time.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
