Pipeline Framework: Building Works

A pipeline has been launched for Building Works.The contract start Date is 1 April 2023. Approach to market date is 1 March 2023.We at Boughton Monchelsea, Kent are planning to remodel our village hall . We are planning to tender for replacing the old 1975 flat roof with a pitched roof, remove the existing suspended ceiling and instal insulation within the pitch of the main hall. We also plan to insulate the out side of the hall with highly insulated render. Following all building works we intend to relay a new car park area and re-line.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
