A pipeline has been launched for Centrepoint Cleaning Services. The contract start Date is 1 February 2022. Approach to market date is 22 November 2021.Centrepoint is a registered supported housing provider, a registered charity and a registered company limited by guarantee. We requite cleaning and window cleaning services across all our sites. The contract will be split into the following lots:- Cleaning (South)- Cleaning (North)- Window Cleaning (South)- Window Cleaning (North)Centrepoint currently owns or manages a number of accommodation units, including hostel bedspaces, supported flats, general needs flats and houses and office accommodation. This includes property owned by partner registered providers.Centrepoint currently operate from a range of properties including the head office in Aldgate, office in Manchester and accommodation services across London and the North East. The successful company will agree a cleaning timetable for each Centrepoint site.In addition to the standard regular cleans, properties will also require one off cleans on individual rooms or flats as and when they become vacant.Centrepoint also requires a supplier with the ability to fulfil occasional Ad-Hoc or specialist cleans. We anticipate TUPE regulations will apply. This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
