Pipeline Framework: Community Ophthalmology Services on behalf of NHS Ealing, Harrow and Hillingdon CCGs

A pipeline has been launched for Community Ophthalmology Services on behalf of NHS Ealing, Harrow and Hillingdon CCGs.The contract start Date is 01 October 2019. Approach to market date is 05 October 2018.NHS Ealing, Harrow and Hillingdon CCGs are seeking expressions of interest from providers to identify the potential interest and capability of the market to deliver services as outlined in the Memorandum of Information (MOI) and draft Service Specification attached to this advert. Interested Providers are asked to carefully read the MOI and draft service specification and offer their feedback by completing the attached Market Engagement Questionnaire (MEQ)The CCGs are finalising their commissioning approach and the current intention is that a contract will be awarded for a period of three years, commencing on1 October 2019 with the option of one extension for a period of up to two years. The total maximum annual contract value based on the proposed level of activity is approximately £1,320,000.00.To express an interest in providing this service, providers are asked to complete the short questionnaire below and return by email to ekkehard_kugler@nhs.net by 12 noon on Friday 5th October 2018 with the email Subject Heading “Market Engagement Response – EHH Community Ophthalmology Services “.Participation in the engagement exercise is not a mandatory requirement for participating in any potential future procurement however responses received will assist to inform the Commissioner regarding the final specification of its requirements and approach to contracting issues and also whether it will be appropriate/necessary to run a competitive process for this Service.
