Pipeline Framework: Customer Insight Platform – Hertfordshire
A pipeline has been launched for Customer Insight Platform – Hertfordshire.The contract start Date is 24 June 2024. Approach to market date is 24 June 2024.The Seven Force Commercial Team are supporting Hertfordshire Constabulary in identifying interested organisations in delivering an Insight platform that will enable Hertfordshire Constabulary to gain insights from residents, victims, service users and providers. The document has been prepared to provide suppliers with initial material to aid them in understanding the requirement for Hertfordshire Constabulary regarding a Customer Insight Platform that captures the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Voice of the Employee (VoE). The platform will enable Hertfordshire Constabulary to gain insights from anybody who lives, works, studies or travels through Hertfordshire. The platform is also required to obtain the Voice of the Employee and insights from partner agencies. The platform will support and inform local and national statutory requirements and, organisational strategic drivers such as Local Policing Priority Setting, Safeguarding and Public ContactThis is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
