Pipeline Framework: Data Purchasing

A pipeline has been launched for Data Purchasing.The contract start Date is 30 May 2018. Approach to market date is 01 February 2018.The British Red Cross has a potential requirement for the provision of Data Purchasing Services. These could include the following services:*Business-to-business data – Data is purchased for the Education Marketing department to assist Red Cross Training in the achievement of their annual sales target for workplace first aid training. Specific marketing objectives of using this data are to increase new business and customer acquisition; identify prospect marketing segmentation strategies amongst UK businesses; develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to key business sectors; and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns amongst key segments in terms of ROI, reach and engagement; and *Schools database – data is purchased for Red Cross’ Youth and Crisis Education teams to allow Red Cross the opportunity to reach out to all schools in the UK to create awareness and inform teachers and educational staff about the work Red Cross is doing in the UK. Interested parties are required to complete the attached Market Research Pro Forma by close of business on Friday 12 January 2018. This will be used by the British Red Cross to gather market information and to determine market capability.
