Approach to market date is 01 April 2019.Tamar invites expressions of interest from contractors for the supply of a day to day repairs service (excluding gas repairs and servicing) for our approximately 125 properties in Somerset, Dorset and East Devon.Contractors may bid for any of 4 lots;Lot 1 – Bridgwater – 24 propertiesLot 2 – Yeovil and Sherborne – 90 propertiesLot 3 – Shaftesbury – 9 propertiesLot 4 – Axminster – 6 propertiesor, contractors may bid for all of these properties.A separate opportunity is available for gas servicing and repairs.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
