A pipeline has been launched for Day to day repairs (excluding gas) for homes in Somerset and Dorset.The contract start Date is 01 October 2019. Approach to market date is 01 April 2019.Tamar invites expressions of interest from contractors for the supply of a day to day repairs service (excluding gas repairs and servicing) for our approximately 125 properties in Somerset, Dorset and East Devon.Contractors may bid for any of 4 lots;Lot 1 – Bridgwater – 24 propertiesLot 2 – Yeovil and Sherborne – 90 propertiesLot 3 – Shaftesbury – 9 propertiesLot 4 – Axminster – 6 propertiesor, contractors may bid for all of these properties.A separate opportunity is available for gas servicing and repairs.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
