Pipeline Framework: Design, installation and commissioning of Air Source Heat Pumps to provide heat to the Imperial Rooms in Matlock

A pipeline has been launched for Design, installation and commissioning of Air Source Heat Pumps to provide heat to the Imperial Rooms in Matlock.The contract start Date is 12 April 2021. Approach to market date is 15 February 2021.Matlock Town Council has submitted a bid to the PSDS for grant funding to decarbonise the Imperial Rooms by the installation of renewable heating technology. As such this future opportunity is advertised subject to the success of this bid.Matlock Town Council seeks interested suppliers who wish to quote for the design, installation and commissioning of Air Source Heat Pumps to replace the current gas fired boilers at the Imperial Rooms (a community building) in Matlock.Preference will be given to suppliers local to DE4 3NL.Suppliers should be MCS certified.A full energy audit including detailed heat loss modelling has been carried out and this will be available to suppliers.
