Pipeline Framework: Digital Engagement Platform

A pipeline has been launched for Digital Engagement Platform.The contract start Date is 26 October 2022. Approach to market date is 12 August 2022.Coventry City Council are seeking a provider to develop a Digital Engagement Platform for our young people and social care teams.This service will be required to capture the wishes, feelings and views of young people outside of a formal setting and to communicate with professionals.The Digital Platform would be needed to be used in a range of situations, either by young people on their own or with a worker or carer, including:• Statutory visits• Family Group Conferences including Lifelong Links• Making a disclosure• LAC Reviews• PEP meetings• Foster Care Reviews• S47 assessments• In Need Reviews• Child Protection Conferences• Pathway Planning• Requesting a change to care• Raising a problem• Making a complaint• Feeding back on the experience of a meetingThis is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
