Pipeline Framework: Door Entry, Access Control System and CCTV Systems Framework
A pipeline has been launched for Door Entry, Access Control System and CCTV Systems Framework.The contract start Date is 27 September 2021. Approach to market date is 10 May 2021.E?ciency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of Frameworks and DPS agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including Housing Associations, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts , Education Providers and Emergency Services.E?ciency East Midlands ( EEM Ltd) is releasing this prior information notice to inform the market of our intention to go out to tender during May 2021 to procure a Door Entry, Access Control System and CCTV Systems Framework. The framework will replace our existing framework that is due to expire during September 2021.The framework will include servicing, maintenance, repairs and installations of Door Entry and Access Control Systems, CCTV Systems, Roller Shutters and Barriers and Warden Call Systems. Low and high rise door entry and access control systems will be covered by the framework and services will be carried out in a range of property types not limited to; domestic properties, commercial properties , blocks of ?ats, and sheltered housing schemes as well as garages, communal buildings, corporate buildings, hospitals, student accommodation, schools, universities and depots and any other building owned and/or managed by our membership.The framework will be split into lots and geographical sublots, the lot structure has not yet been agreed but will be made clear within the tender documents.This Prior Information Notice is being used to engage with the market and interested organisations are encouraged to contact EEM and register their interest: tenders@eem.org.uk .At this stage we do not have any further information to share and the tender documents are not available.The details contained within this notice are provisional and are subject to change.For more information on EEM and our o?ering please visit: This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
