Pipeline Framework: Early Intervention and Prevention & Carers (Adult and Young Carers)

A pipeline has been launched for Early Intervention and Prevention & Carers (Adult and Young Carers).The contract start Date is 10 January 2022. Approach to market date is 1 May 2026.The EIAP & Carers contract assist people to remain independent and support people to access information and advice, access community support services and prevents people’s needs increasing and avert people requiring more intensive support.
