Pipeline Framework: EEM0009 Electrical & Mechanical Works
A pipeline has been launched for EEM0009 Electrical & Mechanical Works.The contract start Date is 4 March 2024. Approach to market date is 23 October 2023.Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 300 members including organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services.The main requirements under the EEM Electrical Repairs, Maintenance & Installation Lot 1 Framework is to provide the following services for electrical repairs, rewires and Periodic Testing on all identified electronic installations as well as the installation of electric heating, PAT Testing and assist with solar maintenance to be readily available across the areas that we cover either by direct award or via mini competition. All successful bidders from this Frameworks must be able to cover the services below as a minimum but not limited to: •EICR Tests and Inspections •PAT Testing •Solar Photovoltaic (PV Installation & Maintenance) •Repairs and Replacement of equipment •Electrical Installation and re-wires •Electrical HeatingThe main requirements under the EEM Mechanical & Engineering Lot 2 Framework is to provide the following services for air conditioning, air handling and heat recovery units, ventilation to be readily available across the areas that we cover either by direct award or via mini competition. All successful bidders from this Frameworks must be able to cover the services below as a minimum but not limited to: •Air Conditioning •Air Handling and Heat Recovery Units •Ventilation •Heat Pump and Air Cooled Condensing Units •Lifts •High Voltage • Switchgear Maintenance and additional services to be decided. This is a PIN to inform the market of our intention to run a tender process to establish an Electrical & Mechanical Framework. Supporting documents currently are not available.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
