Pipeline Framework: Engineering Delivery Framework
A pipeline has been launched for Engineering Delivery Framework.The contract start Date is 1 September 2022. Approach to market date is 11 October 2021.The Authority is looking to procure Design, Build, Installation, Commissioning and Handover Services for works on the APHA Science Estate. This includes the estate at Weybridge, as well as the Regional Labs at Starcross, Camarthen, Penrith, Newcastle, Shrewsbury, Bury St Edmonds, Sutton Bonnington and Lasswade and any other similar Authority facilities.In order that Defra deliver a challenging capital investment plan over the next 4 years, the Authority is looking to place a framework contract to cover these services. It is intended that these will be broken down into Seven (7) Lots. These lots will include, works in Containment Facilities, General Accommodation works, Site Infrastructure Works, Security, Biowaste Effluent Treatment System, Multiple Discipline Design Services and Professional Services.Please note that this notice does not commit the Authority to issuing a tender and/or awarding a contract.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
