A pipeline has been launched for Expression of Interest Request: Customer Acceptability Testing of PR19 Draft Determinations.The contract start Date is 30 September 2018. Approach to market date is 17 August 2018.We are seeking Expressions of Interest for the following opportunity:The appointment of a supplier to undertake research in respect of the Draft Determination (DD) figures that Ofwat will publish between March and July 2019 in order to:- gain a high level understanding of customers’ views about the investment proposals of their water and/or sewerage companies;- identify to what degree DD investment proposals are considered affordable and acceptable to customers.- To identify how the potential impact of Outcome Delivery Incentives (ODIs) on bill levels affects the acceptability and affordability of DDs.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
