Pipeline Framework: Facilities Management Further Market Engagement
A pipeline has been launched for Facilities Management Further Market Engagement. The contract start Date is 12 February 2024. Approach to market date is 24 June 2024.Essex County Council’s (the Council) current Facilities Management Contract ends on the 30th September 2026 with no further option to extend. Therefore, the Council has started on our journey of discovery, regarding how the Facilities Management provision could evolve and innovate beyond this date and would like to engage with the Facilities Management Industry as part of this approach.Market engagement:This notice marks the launch of a series of market engagement opportunities to let you know where we are in this process, listen and learn what the industry has to offer, in terms of new technologies and innovation, sustainability, decarbonisation and social value. The Council is also keen to understand marketplace opportunities and limitations better and engage in discussion regarding available options. To be notified of our upcoming events please visit the Essex Provider Hub this is where we will be releasing updates of our latest events and all resources relating to the project can be found. This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly. When a public sector organisation publishes a pipeline notice, it does not necessarily mean that an opportunity will be offered in the future. For more information contact: Essex County Council, County Hall, Market Road, Chelmsford CM1 1QH.
