Pipeline Framework: FRA Remedial Actions
A pipeline has been launched for FRA Remedial Actions. The contract start Date is 23 November 2020. Approach to market date is 30 October 2020.BCHA will shortly be seeking to run a tender for the provision of works resulting from FRA surveys. This will cover BCHA’s entire estate. Two lots will be available to bid on, repairs and replacements. It is required that the winning bidder is able to certify installations and repairs. Those interested in bidding should contact BCHA’s procurement manager to receive a tender pack when released or be provided with additional details. This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly. When a public sector organisation publishes a pipeline notice, it does not necessarily mean that an opportunity will be offered in the future. For more information contact: Bournemouth Churches Housing Association, 21 Christchurch Road, Bournemouth BH13NS.
