Pipeline Framework: Framework Agreement for the supply of OEM and OE vehicle parts
A pipeline has been launched for Framework Agreement for the supply of OEM and OE vehicle parts.The contract start Date is 3 April 2023. Approach to market date is 10 November 2022.*This is not a call for competition*The Council intends to procure a Framework Agreement for the supply of OEM and OE vehicle parts.The Council operates a combined fleet of approx. 500 vehicles, ranging from cars to heavy goods vehicles (including fire appliances)The Framework will be divided into different Lots as follows;Lot 1- Supply of OEM parts for vehicles up to 7.5tLot 2- Supply of OEM parts for vehicles over 7.5tLot 3- Workshop consumablesLot 4 – Supply of OE parts (all fleet)Lots 1-3 are anticipated to be sole supplier lots with Lot 4 operating as a multi-supplier lot of approved suppliers.The framework term will be 2+2 .The main site for delivery of parts will be the workshops located in ChichesterA full contract notice will be issued at the commencement of the actual tender process.In preparation you can register your organisation on the Council’s e-sourcing portal which is where the tender will be published.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
