Pipeline Framework: Gantry Works at City Hall

A pipeline has been launched for Gantry Works at City Hall.The contract start Date is 4 November 2024. Approach to market date is 20 May 2024.Transport for London (TfL), on behalf of the Greater London Authority (GLA), will be commencing a procurement process to appoint a Design and Build contractor for a permanent air handling units (AHUs) access gantry to allow for routine AHU maintenance to take place safely. The gantry will need to be fit for purpose, safe and allow the maintenance team to carry out tasks quickly.Further details on the requirements will be available in the procurement documents.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
