Pipeline Framework: Global Academy Landscape Design
A pipeline has been launched for Global Academy Landscape DesignThe contract start Date is 11 September 2019. Approach to market date is 07 August 2019The Contractor is required to undertake external landscaping works at the existing premises of The Global Academy 1 Record Walk, Hayes UB3 1DH. The scope of works is primarily hard landscaping and planting including some trees. Creation of a bus layby and hard landscaping to the Blyth Road elevation is required. Chip and macadam resurfacing to the Academy’s eastern elevation forms part of the scope of works and installation of external table tennis tables are proposed in this location. Additionally, relocation of the bin store away from the existing building is required to meet Health and Safety best practices.A Design Brief will be provided. The successful Contractor will be required to complete the design and detailing of the works.The planning reference number is: 59872/APP/2015/1798Contract Period: The construction period is estimated to be in the region of 26 weeks and the completed works are required no later than 04 February 2019.Contract Value: The contract value is estimated to be approximately £500,00 not including VAT.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
