Pipeline Framework: Grounds Maintenance

A pipeline has been launched for Grounds Maintenance.The contract start Date is 1 October 2024. Approach to market date is 18 March 2024.Contract for the provision of grounds maintenance services at Trent & Dove owned sites in and around the Burton / East Staffordshire Borough. Trent & Dove Housing will be launching the grounds maintenance tender on Monday 15th April 2024. We are seeking responses from suitable grounds maintenance or landscaping businesses to provide a comprehensive grounds maintenance service, including: Grass cutting; Maintenance of grassed areas, shrub beds etc; Hedge maintenance; Litter picking; Tree maintenance, and more.The tender will be run through the e-procurement platform Market Dojo.To register interest and access the tender when it is launched, please email tom.st.aubyn@trentanddove.org.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
