Pipeline Framework: Grounds Maintenance Contract 2024-2027
A pipeline has been launched for Grounds Maintenance Contract 2024-2027.The contract start Date is 1 April 2025. Approach to market date is 1 August 2024.Haddenham Parish Council is currently preparing a specification document to proceed to tender for the village grounds maintenance and pitch marking contract from 1st April 2025. The contract will run until 31st March 2027.The successful contractor will perform grass cutting on a regular schedule, pitch marking of the football pitches on both of the parish recreation grounds as well as regular bin emptying, litter picking and hedge trimming.The grounds include recreation grounds, sport pitches, play areas, cemeteries and footpaths.It is expected that this opportunity will be open to tender from 1st August 2024 and the documents and further details will be published in an “opportunity” notice.Any enquiries in the meantime should be directed toVictoria TaylorParish Clerkclerk@haddenham-pc.gov.ukThis is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
