A pipeline has been launched for Homes for Lambeth – Housing Management Services – Phase 1The contract start Date is 1.3.2018. Approach to market date is 31.5.2017.The London Borough of Lambeth has commenced an ambitious estate regeneration and house building programme to improve a selection of its estates and deliver additional new homes. It is seeking a provider of housing management and associated services for the first phase of this programme; predominantly a scheme of 70 affordable homes on Lollard Street, SW11 6PX.The London Borough of Lambeth is currently seeking expressions of interest from potential bidders in order to assist in the pre-procurement market analysis. This is not a call for tenders or a pre-qualification exercise.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
