Pipeline Framework: HR Investigations

A pipeline has been launched for HR Investigations.The contract start Date is 1 January 2024. Approach to market date is 20 November 2023.Constellia on behalf of Bristol City Council is seeking to procure services to assist with investigating matters relating to disciplinaries and grievances.Bristol is a welcoming city which is known for being a great place to live, work and visit, but the city also faces some stark inequalities and our success doesn’t reach everybody who lives here. Our vision is to make Bristol a more inclusive city that is fairer, healthier and safer for everyone.To achieve our vision for the city, we need to make sure that our workforce and leadership truly reflects the diversity of the city and understands the different needs of different people and neighbourhoods. This diversity needs strong, culturally competent, and values-led leadership.We require ad hoc support from suitably qualified external person(s)/service to undertake impartial, culturally competent investigations into workforce matters. Successful bidders will have an expert knowledge of employment law and best practice specifically in relation to investigations and will have a track record of responsively and sensitively delivering well conducted, fair and balanced investigations. This will include clear, well constructed written reports.
