A pipeline has been launched for Integrated Human Resources and Payroll Solution.The contract start Date is 06 January 2020. Approach to market date is 31 December 2019.Adur District Council and Worthing Borough Council are seeking expressions of interest for a a replacement of integrated HR and Payroll solution. The solution may be a locally hosted or a cloud based solution, but must be an established system that has delivered tangible and demonstrable benefits to other clients. Further information about the solution functionality required by the Councils can be found below. The solution should have the following functionality: 1) capable of running multiple payrolls with different paydates and payscales; 2) capable of handling a minimum 2200 multiposts; 3) capable of handling pension deductions; 4) solution must be HMRC accredited; 5) self service function for staff; 6) have a flexible customer generated reporting tool; 7) have workflow management; 8) be capable of integrating with other Council systems including Matsoft application. The Invitation to Tender documentation will provisionally be issued on 30th September 2019.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
