Pipeline Framework: Internal Audit Services

A pipeline has been launched for Internal Audit Services.The contract start Date is 01 April 2019. Approach to market date is 31 March 2022.The Board of Directors (and in particular its Audit & Risk Committee) is now seeking to invite quotations for internal audit services. We are looking for established internal audit services providers who must have a proven track record of providing internal audit services within the housing sector and ideally recent experience of working with ALMOs. The contract will initially be for a period of three years commencing on 1st April 2019 with the option to extend the contract for up to a further two 12 month extensions, at the discretion of SHP. A small amount of planning and set-up will be required prior to commencement.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
