Pipeline Framework: Legal Panel for Public Sector
A pipeline has been launched for Legal Panel for Public Sector.The contract start Date is 1 September 2026. Approach to market date is 2 January 2026.Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the Authority intends to put in place a Public Sector Agreement for the provision of Legal Services for use primarily by the Wider Public Sector / UK public sector bodies.The proposed commercial vehicle(s) will include a comprehensive list of legal specialisms, including but not limited to the following which may change as a result of further market engagement:CommercialContracts LawProperty Construction and Real EstateDispute Resolution and LitigationEmployment LawPFI/PPPProjectsPublic Procurement LawCosts Lawyer ServicesHealth, Healthcare and Social CareTransportEducationThe agreement will replace and bring together specialisms currently available under live agreements:RM6240 Public Sector Legal ServicesRM6284 Costs Lawyer Services 2The lotting structure of this framework will be determined as a result of the market engagement.Further information is included in the Additional Information section VI.3.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
