A pipeline has been launched for Maternity and Neonatal Independent Advocate Service.The contract start Date is 1 May 2023. Approach to market date is 1 April 2023.North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is working for and on behalf of NHS North East and North Cumbria Integrated Care Board (ICB) (the Contracting Authority) who wish seek expressions of interest to deliver a Maternity and Neonatal Independent Senior Advocate Service for the North East and Cumbria region.
