A pipeline has been launched for M&E Planned and reactive M&E Maintenance. The contract start Date is 01 April 2020. Approach to market date is 17 January 2020.This is advanced notification of the RAF Museum’s intent to tender for maintenance services for electrical and mechanical services maintenance at sites in London, Cosford and Stafford. The process will include a scored shortlisting of applicants, dispatch of tender pack to successful applicants, sealed tender process, secondary selection and interviews, appointment. It is anticipated that the contractor will be appointed during February 2020 with a view to mobilisation and commencement in April. This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
