Pipeline Framework: MHCLG – National Model Design Code – Pre-Tender Market Engagement

A pipeline has been launched for MHCLG – National Model Design Code – Pre-Tender Market Engagement. The contract start Date is 08 April 2020. Approach to market date is 06 March 2020.This Pre-Tender Market Engagement (PTME) seeks information in preparation for the potential procurement of a Supplier to assist MHCLG in the production of a National Model Design Code to form part 3 of the National Design Guide.The National Model Design Code will comprise:A written section on the application of the National Model Design Code.Design parameters to be included in local Design Codes.Illustrations and diagrams to support the design parameters.Amendments to relevant sections of the National Design Guide.In order to participate in this PTME, suppliers must log onto – see Instructions attached.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
