Pipeline Framework: Ministry of Defence (MOD) further information for the procurement of Service Management for PICASSO (SM4P) Services (formerly F-ITSM)

A pipeline has been launched for Ministry of Defence (MOD) further information for the procurement of Service Management for PICASSO (SM4P) Services (formerly F-ITSM).The contract start Date is 25 March 2025. Approach to market date is 19 April 2024.The objectives of this Prior Information Notice are to help the Ministry of Defence (MOD) to:- Assist in executing the procurement in relation to the Service Management for PICASSO (SM4P) Services Opportunity;- Notify potential tenderers of the MOD policy with regard to Facility Security Clearance (FSC), formerly known as ‘List X’, UK Defence and Security Exports including Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs); and- Respond to any requests from potential tenderers for obtaining FSC status in relation to this procurement.Link to DSP: This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
