Pipeline Framework: Non Patient Courier Transport Services

A pipeline has been launched for Non Patient Courier Transport Services.The contract start Date is 01 September 2019. Approach to market date is 01 April 2019.The Trust is looking to tender Non Patient Courier Transport Services and secure one provider to manage a collaborative service with two neighbouring Trusts in Hampshire and the surrounding areas. The current provision includes; Internal & External mail, parcels including medical devices, NHS Stores deliveries; Pathology and Pharmaceutical Services; Medical Records and transportation of instruments for our decontamination service.It is expected the tender will be released in Sept/October 2018.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
