A pipeline has been launched for Online Counselling Service for School Staff. The contract start Date is 1 April 2024. Approach to market date is 1 April 2024.The online counselling service to be accessed anonymously, will support the emotional well-being and mental health of adult education staff (18+) by improving access to evidence-based and best-practice mental health services and support using digital technology built around the needs and views of service users; Complementing existing mental health support available to school staff in Barnet; Providing an early response to emotional well-being and/or emerging mental health needs, thus preventing mental health issues from escalating and reaching crisis; Directing individuals in a mental health crisis to appropriate immediate support. This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
