Pipeline Framework: Pan-London NHS CHC Domiciliary Care AQP – phase 3

A pipeline has been launched for Pan-London NHS CHC Domiciliary Care AQP – phase 3.The contract start Date is 01 December 2015. Approach to market date is 08 June 2018.Phase 3 of the pan-London NHS CHC domiciliary care AQP contract will be open for applications from 30 April 2018 to 8 June 2018 at .Successful providers will be added to a domiciliary care AQP list which is used by London Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) and discharge teams to make continuing healthcare domiciliary care placements. The AQP is the standard route of commissioning for the participating CCGs.
