Pipeline Framework: Prior Information Notice: Public Realm Maintenance and Improvements for the London Borough of Camden
A pipeline has been launched for Prior Information Notice: Public Realm Maintenance and Improvements for the London Borough of Camden. The contract start Date is 01 April 2021. Approach to market date is 16 June 2020.The London Borough of Camden (‘the Council’) is seeking to award a contract for the provision of public realm maintenance and improvements, including inspection and repair of the streets and to carry out planned works.The Council intends to appoint two contractors to provide maintenance, upgrade and improvement works to the public highway for the London Borough of Camden. One contractor will service one part of the borough and the second will service the other.It is anticipated that the two contracts will commence on 1 April 2021, and will be for an initial term of five (5) years with the option to extend for three (3) further periods of one-year each.The Council intends to use an open tender procedure to appoint contractors for these contracts.The Council are therefore seeking responses from interested organisations to the questions which can be found once you have registered (or logged in) to EU Supply at the following web addressThe EU Supply reference number once you have logged on is 39833- Public Realm Maintenance and Improvement.Please note that this is not an invitation to tender or Contract Notice.
