A pipeline has been launched for Private Health Care and NHS Top up – Employee Healthcare. The contract start Date is 1 June 2024. Approach to market date is 11 March 2024.The requirement is for employee healthcare provision broadly matching the offering we currently have in place. Specifically, this should include:- Cash-back on NHS services (including dental, optical, GP, prescriptions, and other therapies)- Private health insurance, including cancer care.- Private GP service- Mental health support (inc. EAP and to 1-1 professional counselling)- Access to a range of healthcare providers throughout the UK- Option to add family members at preferential rate.- Dedicated account manager with option to attend site regularly. (minimum bi-monthly face to face)- Online or app-based access for members to manage account and claims.- Transfer of employees from existing policy with no additional underwriting, plus moratorium underwriting option for new scheme members- Counselling Services. This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly. When a public sector organisation publishes a pipeline notice, it does not necessarily mean that an opportunity will be offered in the future. For more information contact: University of Bristol, Bristol & Bath Science Park, Bristol BS16 7FS.
