Approach to market date is 01 March 2019Project Manager ServicesFor theIsle of Man Ferry Terminal, LiverpoolThe Isle of Man Government invites expressions of interest to provide Project Manager services to the Department of Infrastructure.The new IoM ferry terminal project in Liverpool will involve design and construction of works in a variety of engineering disciplines including:- ground works and remediation,- building construction,- building services,- civil engineering- highways and- marine engineering.The NEC Project Manager will be expected to have knowledge and experience in one or more of the above disciplines and have his/her technical competence acknowledged by a recognised professional body.The successful tenderer will be responsible for providing the service with a named individual performing the role of the NEC Project Manager. The role will require the individual to work on site where construction and engineering works will take place over an extended period of time. Continuity and availability of appropriately qualified and experienced consultants are considered crucial for the successful delivery of the service and the project.In order to participate in this competitive exercise, your organisation must be registered on the Isle of Man Government’s Procurement Portal. If you have not previously registered, please visit and select ‘Register’ from the menu on the left side of the Home Page.Once you have registered your organisation you should select this project from the list of ‘Current Tenders’ and ‘View Details’ then click ‘Express an Interest’ at the bottom of the page. Once you have expressed an interest a new tab called ‘ITT Documents’ will become available where you can download all the necessary information.
