Pipeline Framework: Provision of Psychological Health Monitoring Services

A pipeline has been launched for Provision of Psychological Health Monitoring Services.The contract start Date is 1 July 2024. Approach to market date is 27 May 2024.The Authority is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Service Provider to deliver services in support of the NPWS’s Psychological & Trauma Risk Management (PRTM) Workstream including:A) Annual psychological health monitoring (PHM) . The PHM consists of an evidence-based question set measuring psychological health impacts such as primary and secondary trauma, burnout, anxiety, and depression. This is to be provided to 4500 officers and staff employed by Home Office forces who undertake an identified higher risk role, via force Occupational Health units. The Service provider will be required to provide the psychological health monitoring questionnaire to forces via a secure system, process responses and provide OHU’s with reports for each participantB) Supervisor Wellbeing Training. In line with The Authority’s focus on organizational wellbeing, education for officers and staff on work related stress and trauma is a core focus. There is a requirement for the Service Provider to deliver 36 x half day psycho-education courses for up to 30 Force supervisors and managers per course, via the Service Providers online platforms over a 12-month period. The content of the course will need to include information regarding work related stress and trauma, identifying symptoms, communicating concerns with staff, and signposting, all within a policing context.THIS OPPORTUNITY WILL BE COMPETED VIA THE NEPRO3 FRAMEWORK AND BLOOM PROCUREMENT SERVICES.
