Pipeline Framework: Rossendale Borough Council Valuation Services
A pipeline has been launched for Rossendale Borough Council Valuation Services.The contract start Date is 08 January 2018. Approach to market date is 30 November 2017.Rossendale Borough Council is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced real estate professionalsto provide us with on-hand expertise across the full spectrum of real estate related issues. The services required under this framework are:• Market Advice and Commentary• Market Value and Market Rental Value• General Strategic and Valuation Advice• Comparable Valuations• Investment Valuations• Reinstatement Valuations• Affordable Housing Valuations• Supported Housing / Care & Support Valuations• Mixed Tenure Valuations• Valuations for finance and loan purposes• Lease Extension / Enfranchisement Valuations• Right-to-Buy Valuation• Agency / DisposalsThis is a programme of all asset and insurance reinstatement valuations of the Council’s complete property portfolio together with other ad-hoc valuation work and will comprise circa 50 valuations per annum; this covers all the Council’s Asset and Insurance valuation work. The Council re-values all assets on a 5-year rolling programme with an investment property revaluation and impairment review each year.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
