A pipeline has been launched for Soft Market Test for One Vision Community Development WorkersThe contract start Date is 28 January 2019. Approach to market date is 01 November 2018Cornwall Council is requesting information from across the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) for the provision of increased VCS coordination capacity; providing links into communities in order that young people and families can find local supportive opportunities.It is intended that the responses supplied will enable the Council to develop the service design. This exercise implies no commercial commitment. This is not a formal tender document.Participation of this service design will not prejudice suppliers participating in any future procurement.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
