Pipeline Framework: Stock Condition Reports – Bournemouth & Poole

A pipeline has been launched for Stock Condition Reports – Bournemouth & Poole.The contract start Date is 24 June 2019. Approach to market date is 14 June 2019.Bournemouth Churches Housing Association (BCHA) requires the appointment of a RICS Accredited Charter Surveyor to conduct “Stock Condition” reports on 34 domestic properties (between 2-4 bedrooms) in Bournemouth and Poole. It is anticipated that this work will be completed by the end of July 2019.If you represent a RICS accredited surveyor and are interested in bidding for this piece of work then please contact BCHA to be sent the RFQ information.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
