Pipeline Framework: The Sill Facilites Management Mechanical and Electrical Services

A pipeline has been launched for The Sill Facilites Management Mechanical and Electrical ServicesThe contract start Date is 28 July 2017. Approach to market date is 16 June 2017A two year contract for the management, maintenance and servicing of all mechanical, electrical and plumbing services at The Sill National Landscape Discovery Centre, Military Road, Bardon Mill, Northumberland, NE7 6NN. The Sill is a new visitor attraction that opens on the 29th July 2017 and is adjacent to Hadrian’s Wall. The building is a visitor centre with exhibition space, cafe, conference rooms, retail, youth hostel and toilets. It has mains electricity and water, an LPG gas supply, solar panels and an onsite sewage treatment plant. The internal floor area is 2,655 square metres.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
