Pipeline Framework: Total FM Service – CLCH

A pipeline has been launched for Total FM Service – CLCH.The contract start Date is 1 September 2025. Approach to market date is 1 July 2024.Central London Community Healthcare Trust has undertaken a strategic review of their Estates & Facilities Management professional services provider.The outcome of this review indicates that the Hard FM Services (PPM & Reactive), Soft FM Services (PPM & Reactive), Helpdesk Provision, Capital Projects & Utilities Provision should be put to market for re procurement.There are circa 90 sites providing more than 70 services to the community.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
