Pipeline Framework: Training for Psychologists in Psychometric Test Applications
A pipeline has been launched for Training for Psychologists in Psychometric Test Applications.The contract start Date is 1 April 2024. Approach to market date is 23 January 2024.The College of Policing (The Authority) has a team of selection and assessment specialists (occupational psychologists), who support the Authorities’ work to develop and implement recruitment and selection processes for Home Office Police Forces in England and Wales. The Team has to be trained and continually upskilled in the relevant Authority approved Psychometric Testing Tools.The Authority is seeking to source a Supplier to provide relevant training to use/apply Psychometric Test Tools, these are:• British Psychological Society Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality (formerly British Psychological Society Level A&B• British Psychological Society standard training for Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality and conversion training for 16pf• British Psychological Society standard training for Test User: Occupational, Ability and Personality and conversion training for NEO-PI-3The Authority intends to run a competitive procurement exercise via the BLOOM Nepro3 Framework.Interested Suppliers should contact Matt Nowak at BLOOM Procurement Services: Matt.Nowak@bloom.services.This is a potential opportunity from the government, and the pipeline gives advance notice of an opportunity that might be offered by the public sector in the future – allowing potential suppliers to plan accordingly.
