Pipeline Framework: VRU Freight Training Framework
A pipeline has been launched for VRU Freight Training Framework.The contract start Date is 18 December 2023. Approach to market date is 15 September 2023.Transport for London (TfL) is seeking to award a single supplier framework agreement for the provision of VRU (Vulnerable Road User) Freight Training. The Supplier will be required to:•Deliver an estimated 250 – 350 regulated Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) courses to circa 5000 HGV drivers annually.•Provide approved training venues to deliver approved DCPC courses.•Provide sufficient safe areas to conduct practical on cycle training prior to moving on to public roads in each of the London Boroughs or within the M25.•Use a recognised management process (such as ISO 9001),•Provide delegate learning resources for each participant on the course,•Collect and upload participant feedback to the training portal and the DVSA.The contract will be for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 1 year.The deadline for tender submission is 12:00 noon 27th Oct 2023.Full details will be provided in the specification and invitation to tender (ITT)documents.The tender will be managed on TfL’s e-tendering platform SAP ARIBA.Tender submission and any tender clarification queries must be submitted via this platform.Tender Registration ProcessIn order to receive access to the live tender ITT documentation, you must be registered on the SAP Ariba platform via the address indicated:The project reference is TfL 96406 or WS1493057306WS.All messages and tender submissions should be submitted via this platform.Once registered, please email: Bolajidawodu@tfl.gov.uk to complete the registration process and gain access to the tender documentation.Please note, you will not be able to access the tender documentation unless your registration is complete.
