Placefirst reveals Hartlepool development plans
Housing provider Placefirst has revealed details of a £5.5m scheme earmarked for Hartlepool.The Green will comprise 73 homes and a centrepiece urban park.Newly released images show how one-, two- and three-bedroom Victorian terraced housing will be refurbished to create energy efficient properties.The centralised park at the heart of the scheme will include landscaped lawns, a children’s play area and flexible space for community events.
