Planning approval for Yorkshire Dales business park
Planning permission has been granted for a new business park development in the Yorkshire Dales.Skipton-based property developer Candelisa has secured approval for Phase one of the 150,000 sq ft mixed use development at the Anley Crag Business Park in Settle, between the A65 and B6480.More than 35 office and commercial units of all types will be available to rent or buy ranging from 500 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft. There is also provision for about 220 parking spaces set in carefully landscaped wildlife habitats. Phase two will include 41, two- and three-bedroom homes, which will form part of the overall Anley Crag scheme.
