Planning consent for 67-home scheme
Planning permission has been granted for a development of 67 homes on a site in Pontefract.Pegasus Group secured the approval for the Cobblers Lane site on behalf of Linden Homes Yorkshire West, following a re-plan of the site which was originally granted planning permission last year.The urban design and planning teams from Pegasus Group’s Leeds office worked closely with Wakefield Council to develop a housing scheme to meet the requirement of the Local Plan and respect the character and appearance of the existing built and land features.
